The band AIMERS holding the theme "The band with a different artistic stance". AIMERS started their journey on August, 2005. In the beginning Nakib, Shakil & Bappy initiate the AIMERS, Then Ebrahim & Alauddin joined with this band. Basically this band's genre is Melodious, Soft & Progressive Rock. The current lineup of AIMERS is, Nakib (Guitar & Vocal), Shakil (Keyboard & Vocal), Bappy (Guitar & Vocal), Ebrahim (Bass) & Alauddin (Drums). AIMERS introduced their first band mixed album "Jol Chobi" in September, 2009 & the track of AIMERS is "Doorey" which is the 6th position in album. AIMERS has performed more than 40 different types of concerts till now including at TSC (Dhaka University), Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Auditorium, Falcon Convention Center, Hotel Orchard Plaza, Wills Little Flower Auditorium, Sohrawardi Medical College etc. They also performed out side of Dhaka city.
AIMERS have already composed some of their own tracks & looking for some different types of albums. They cover numbers of Miles, Warfaze & many other English & Bengali. AIMERS practice regularly & also perform regularly on stage. The name "AIMERS" has been derived from the word "AIM" & this title suits us because we aim to do something different.
